Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in water and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Add the butter, salt and egg. Mix in the flour. Knead into a soft smooth ball. While you knead you may rub your hands with a little oil.
Rub a little oil or melted butter over the dough. Cover and allow to rise until double in size.
Punch down and shape into buns. Place in a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
