In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth. Gradually add the almond flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them adequately to allow for spreading. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern for that classic look.
