Ingredients

  • 150 g almond flourpinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • 129 g honey
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • Sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Start by gathering your ingredients, creamy peanut butter, almond flour, a honey, and a pinch of salt.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth. Gradually add the almond flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them adequately to allow for spreading. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern for that classic look.
  • Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and bake.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Once done, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
