Ingredients

mangoes
preferably long mango
1
hot pepper
7
cloves
garlic
1
bundle chadon beni
about 10 leaves
Salt to taste
about 1/4 tsp.
Instructions
Peel and grate the mango. Cut up the garlic, chadon beni, and pepper.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Place in containers and refrigerate or freeze.
