FOR FISH:

lime

garlic

fish fillets

FOR COATING

cup
corn starch
1/4
cup
cassava flour
1/4
cup
cornmeal
1/2
tsp.
paprika
1/2
tsp.
ginger powder
1/2
tsp.
parsley
A pinch of salt

Instructions
Wash the fish with a little lime and half the fillets. Season the fish with the rest of ingredients and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Mix the coating ingredients. Spread the coating mixture in a broad dish and roll the fish in it.
Fry the fish over a low flame. Fry the fish on both sides until golden. Drain on paper towels.
