peeled bananas

yogurt (favourite)
¼
cup
coconut cream

tsp
ground cinnamon
vanilla extract

cup
chopped soaked raisins
Instructions
Wrap the bananas in plastic and place in the freezer. Unwrap frozen bananas and place in a food processor with the ingredients.
You may now place the ingredients in an ice cream maker.
Keep chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Serve and garnish with cinnamon
Notes
Choose full bananas that have an even colour. If it has brown spots, it is getting overripe.
Raisins may be soaked in water (or even cherry wine or alcohol as a variation.)
