Corned Beef and Cabbage II

- 1 tin corned beef 340g
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 small tomato chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 pimento chopped
- 1 small cabbage shredded
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp golden ray margarine
- 2 tbsp ketchup optional
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Shred and wash the cabbage.
Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion, tomato and garlic. Saute until the onion looks translucent.
Add the cabbage and pimento. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add the corned beef and golden ray margarine.
Cook for 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
