Butter Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

sweetener of choice

cup
almond flour

coconut flour

tsp
vanilla extract

salt

chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven 375 d F.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sweetener together until lightened and fluff about 2 seconds.
Beat in the almonds flour, coconut flour, vanilla extract and salt until well combined. Stir in chopped pecans.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place a few inches apart on the sheet. Flatten slightly with palm of hands.
Bake 5 minutes then remove from the oven and use a glass to flatten again about 1/4 inch a well.
