Beet Punch

- 1 cup water
- 1 large beet
- 180 grams condensed milk
- 1/2 cup skim milk or low fat milk
- 1 tsp. Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp. Aniseed essence
Peel the raw beet and then chop it.
Place the water and beet in a blender. Blend together.
Pour in the milk, bitters and essence. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and with ice.
