In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs until they are light and fluffy, and then fold the eggs into the almond flour mixture until everything is well incorporated. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
After that, place the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten it into a thin, even layer. You can choose to score the dough into cracker shapes or leave it whole, depending on your preference.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Once baked, allow the crackers to cool completely before breaking them apart along the scored lines.
