Spread the almonds out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until lightly toasted, shaking the pan halfway through.
Allow the almonds to cool slightly before transferring them to a food processor or high-speed blender.
Blend the almonds at high speed, scraping down the sides as needed, until a smooth and creamy butter forms. This process can take 10-15 minutes.
At this point, you can add the honey, oil, and salt to taste, and continue blending until well combined.
Transfer the almond butter to a clean jar or container and store it in the refrigerator.
