Kaiso – Calypso

Kankalang – Same as ‘tankalanka or ‘comess' – i.e. problem resulting from farseness (see fase)

Karcoo- (East Indian origin) somewhat stupid, a nincompoops

Ketch ass – Tough, difficult, hard times (see Catch one's royal, etc)

Ketch – Catch

Ketch A Vaps – To behave in a suddenly inexplicable or unexpected manner

Ketchin – Present continuous of ketch

Kick and Stab – Shoes with very pointed toes

Kicksin' – Fooling around; having fun, being a source of amusement

Kilketay or Kelketay – Lopsided; uneven, to fall and tumble in a comical way

Klim – Any brand of powdered milk- not just Klim

Knock About – Constantly on the move, looking for different ways to pass the time of the day.

Knockin Dog – Common place, cheap, copious amount of anything; in full season: plentiful, a glut.
