- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, large, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter; melted
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar; shredded
- 1 tbsp. orange peel; grated
- 1/2 cup walnuts; coarsely chopped
- 2 cup unbleached Flour
