4. Burnt foods

Burnt and greasy foods produce a lot of gas.  Overcooked foods are a health threat because the organic compounds in them have undergone some structural changes under improper temperatures.  These structural changes may also form carcinogens in the food which has shown, in a number of studies,  to produce cancer in laboratory animals. You should be careful not to eat burnt toast or burnt barbecue meat.  It is a serious risk.Too much gluten is one way food can damage health.
