There are many ways food can damage health. There are a number of things we do, and most times we don't realize the negative impact it could have on our health. I believe that just knowing how to cook today is not enough; we also need to know a lot more about the foods we eat and how they can help us live a healthy life, or how certain habits of how we eat our food can contribute to our ill health.
