Eid Mubarak!

It's Eid Ul Fitr here in Trinidad and Tobago once more and of course that means HOLIDAY! 🙂 But whose complaining? Because Thursday this week is Republic Day as well so that makes for only three days of work. Last year I made Sawine and of course we already have a large bowl in the fridge; will be handling some of that as soon as I finish write 🙂

As for me today I will be doing the usual relaxing and getting more recipes and posts organised and finishing up some other work that has to be done for Wednesday. So it's a little bit of both: relax a bit, work a bit. Before I go I would like to extend Eid greetings to all my Muslim brothers and sisters In Trinidad and Tobago and in keeping with last years greetings that goes for you too Chennette and Lilandra. Have a wonderful day.

  1. Thanks Felix – Eid Mubarak to you too 🙂 I took a day off today, which I have been using to relax and rest up from the cooking and whatnot yesterday 😀 I wish I could ask for Republic Day off too here in Guyana, but they already had their own holiday for that!
