Easy Baked Spare Ribs

Introduction

This is an easy method to cook pork spare ribs. The end result is tender and succulent. Spare ribs are a classic American dish that are best enjoyed when they're tender and juicy. If you're looking for an easy and delicious way to prepare spare ribs, then baked spare ribs are the way to go. Here are a few tips to help you cook the perfect batch of baked spare ribs.

First, start by selecting high-quality spare ribs. Look for ribs that are well-marbled, meaning they have a good amount of fat running through them. This will help keep the meat moist and tender as it cooks. You can also choose between baby back ribs and spare ribs. Baby back ribs are smaller and leaner, while spare ribs are larger and have more fat. Both are delicious, so it's really a matter of personal preference.

Once you've selected your ribs, it's time to prepare them for cooking. Start by removing the membrane from the underside of the ribs. This will help the meat cook more evenly and prevent it from becoming tough. You can use a paper towel or a butter knife to grip the membrane and pull it off. Next, season your ribs with your favorite spice rub or marinade. You can use a store-bought spice blend or make your own using a combination of salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and oregano.
