What have I been up to? – Easter Monday – River Lime

This one took me by surprise today, but boy did I have a good time! After eating my Curry Q I got invited to a river lime, so I grabbed my camera and rushed off to the river. Well I won’t write much for now, but let the pictures do the talking.

This is how we Trinis really enjoy ourselves when we’re on a river lime. Enjoy!

This one’s job was to keep the fire going

The meal: dumpling, provision (cush cush and yam),
stewed chicken and curry stewed chicken

Of course, we can’t forget the cucumber salad. Notice the hot pepper.

Well, this was one lime I won’t forget. I must say, stewed chicken cooked over a fireside tastes much better, than over a stove top any day. Until next time! 😉
