A Creamy Chadon Beni Garlic Butter

Honestly, I have no idea what part of my creative brain I pulled this chadon beni garlic butter recipe from.  You could say this recipe just happened while I was in the kitchen. And, now that it has been born, there's no stopping to the many recipes it will be complementing in the future.

The creamy smoothness of the butter can transform a simple dish to an exquisite one.  The combined taste of garlic, chadon beni and pepper is undeniably something to experience.   Now I know why they say when garlic, chadon beni and pepper meet you're sure to have a party in your mouth, but I didn't know it would have been such an all inclusive fete in my mouth. lol 🙂

Another Fabulous Variation for a Garlic Butter

Garlic butter is generally used as a dip, flavour seafood, and as a bread spread.  This version of the garlic butter combined with chadon beni is our trini version for you to enjoy.   However, if you cannot get chadon beni in the market you can substitute it with cilantro.  It would do just fine. Of course as usual you can still experiment with the ingredients I have listed or even add you own personal twist to the recipe. I was thinking of adding some heat to make it a little more spicy so instead of the black pepper you could substitute it with some pepper sauce to taste.

Anyhow I hope you enjoy this simple but powerful recipe.
